The Centre on Friday launched an Indian Signal Language (ISL) dictionary cellular utility referred to as Signal Study containing 10,000 phrases.
The app was launched by Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Pratima Bhoumik. Signal Study relies on the Indian signal language dictionary of the Indian Signal Language Analysis And Coaching Centre (ISLRTC) which comprises 10,000 phrases. The app is accessible in Android in addition to iOS variations, and all of the phrases within the ISL dictionary will be searched by Hindi or English medium, officers mentioned.
