Q1: Can it be powered by a power bank/third-party adapters?

A1: No, it’s better not to do that. The small PC needs stable 12V/2A power supply and not support PD Portocol,please use the orginal adapter that we supplied.

Q2: Why the 4K performance is lagging?

A2: 4k displays is affected by many factors, such as net speed, HDMI cable, monitor setting, graphic card, video decoding method, video format and video resolution.Our mini pc adopts integrated graphic, if the 4K video still lags when hardware decoding, your video might need higher processor and delicate graphic card.And we suggest you to lower the resolution to 1080p for video fluency.

Q3. Can it run Linux Ubuntu?

A3: Yes, MeLE mini pc is preinstalled with windows 11 pro system, also support Linux/Ubuntu/Debian, and windows 10 system.

Q4. Can it be used as gaming pc ?

A4: No, this fanless mini pc is NOT designed as a gaming pc. MeLE mini pc quieter3Q is designed for office light work,digital signage,advertising vedio display,IOT application,distant learning,astrophotography and more light applications.The small pc can runs well with light games and cloudy games, NOT suitable for heavy-duty games.
